Both of Broughton's goals would be scored in the first half and both were put away by Joe Windibank.

The first of his two strikes would follow a good save from goalkeeper Craig Atkinson but Windibank would react quickly to the loose ball and fire it into the Twentyten net.

Twentyten did what they could to try and get back on level terms, forcing several good stops from 'keeper Ashley Kelly, but ultimately Broughton would score a second before half time that would prove to be enough.

Ben Rankin worked hard on the wing as he moved towards the byline, pulling the ball back across goal where Windibank was lurking. The Broughton player made no mistakes, finding the back of the net for his side's decisive second goal.

From there, the team in red were able to see out the cup final despite Twentyten's efforts throughout the second half.
