The 4-1 scoreline was perhaps a little bit harsh on Fleet Town, who were more than a match for Bournemouth throughout.

Fleet took the lead during the first half when Molly Jones battled her way into the Bournemouth area and fired her side ahead.

However, Bournemouth would lead 2-1 at half time. They would pull themselves back on level terms eight minutes after Fleet's opening goal as Lily Angel-Sinclair worked hard to get the ball into the box where Erin Thickett was able to tap the ball into the empty net.

Angel-Sinclair would then get a chance of her own 90 seconds later and took it well, sending a low shot into the Fleet goal.

Following the half time break, both sides would battle it out in midfield, working extremely hard until the final couple of minutes where Fleet were forced to start throwing additional players forwards in search of a late equaliser.

With their defence pushed high up the field, Thickett was able to score two near-identical goals as she broke clear of Fleet's defenders and scored using composed finishes.
