Queens Park Athletic have hosted their annual George Few Cup charity match at Wimborne Town FC but were comfortably beaten 5-1 by the Sean Hebdon XI.

Highlights of the match are available in the posted video.

The game was held in the memory of club stalwart Mark Samson, who sadly passed away earlier this year after a long battle with cancer.

A minutes applause was held for Mark before kick off.

Sean Hebdon's side, nicked named "Hebbo's Heroes" would break the deadlock midway through the first half, as Ryan Mitchell beat goalkeeper Luke Phillips to a clearance, opening the scoring.

QPA would force an equaliser shortly after as Lloyd Pearce set up Richard Galeg to pull his side back on level terms.

However, Hebbo's Heroes would soon retake the lead thanks to a lovely long range strike from Sam Herrington before a superb solo effort from Andy Coles gave them a 3-1 lead.

A fourth and a fifth would arrive late on for the heroes, including a goal for Sean Hebdon himself, but the game would end on a penalty, as 'keeper Gary Cole saved youngster Ben Coleman's spot kick.
